Check In/Check Out:

Check in time is 14:30, check out time is 11:00.

Cancellation:

The 20% deposit paid to confirm your booking is non refundable. If you need to cancel your booking please give us as much notice as possible. Bookings cancelled less than one week before arrival wil be subject to a payment of one night's accommodation. We recommend taking out holiday insurance which will cover this eventuality.

Children:

Due to the style of our dining and residence we only accept children over the age of 13.

Dogs:

Well-behaved dogs are welcome, at our discretion, please phone to enquire. We do make a small charge of £5 per day to cover the additional cleaning costs. With the exception of guide dogs, they are not allowed in any of the public rooms. Guests are responsible for controlling their pets and will be liable for any damage their pet may cause. Dogs cannot be left alone in the bedroom.

Privacy Policy:

Any information provided to Killoran House by guests is held in the strictest confidence and will not be passed to any other parties.
