Check In/Check Out:
Check in is from 14:30. We would ask you to check out by 11:00 on the day of your departure. To arrange an earlier check in time or later check out time please phone 01688 400362.
Cancellation:
In the unfortunate event that a booking has to be cancelled, we will apply the following policy.
The 20% deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel your booking please give as much notice as possible. Bookings cancelled with less than 2 weeks notice will be liable to a 1 night accommodation charge and the deposit. Bookings cancelled with less than 1 weeks notice, or during stay, will be liable for the full cost of the accommodation booked. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance, which is relatively inexpensive, against the risk of cancellation. However, if the holiday can be retaken within six months we will credit any cancellation cost as appropriate against that stay.
We strongly recommend taking out holiday insurance.
Children:
Due to the style of our dining and residence we only accept children over the age of 13.
Dogs:
Well-behaved dogs are welcome, at our discretion, please phone to enquire. We do make a small charge of £2.50 per day to cover the additional cleaning costs. With the exception of guide dogs, they are not allowed in any of the public rooms. Guests are responsible for controlling their pets and will be liable for any damage their pet may cause. Dogs cannot be left alone in the bedroom.
